Where is Mizoram?

Mizoram lies in the southernmost outpost of North Eastern India, the land of the Blue Mountains. Manipur, Assam and Tripura bind the northern end of this little island of tranquility with neighboring countries Myanmar and Bangladesh nestling most of the state between them.

Mizoram being the most peaceful state in India is the ideal tourist destination.

Climate of Mizoram

Mizoram is one of the most beautiful places on earth experiencing a cool windy climate almost throughout the year. It has a moderate climate which is very suitable for tourists from all countries. However, summer is a bit warmer and the temperature may vary from 19º to 32º Centigrade. And the winters are pleasing with temperatures ranging from 15º to 21º Centigrade. The state also receives adequate amount of rainfall during the monsoon season which begins from June and may lasts up to August.
